How can I check on the status of my orders?
 


It's simple. Login using your username and password then click My Orders. You will be able to see all the orders placed by you. You can even request for order cancellation. To view any order detail, select it and click view. All details pertaining to your order will appear.

If I have an afterthought, can I cancel an order?
 

Yes. As long as it has not entered into the shipping process, an email to us is enough. You can also login to the website and see the My Orders section. In this section you can also place your cancellation request. Please note that these are just requests and the decision to cancel solely lies with us. You can also do a partial cancellation or update your order from this section.

If you wish to mail your cancellation order to us take care not to miss out on any of the following - your name, your email address, order confirmation number, if available, details of the item ordered (including title, author, etc.). You can also mention your requirement to increase or reduce the quantity. Click here for details.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
 

You are welcome. Since we are guarantors for every item on sale at our site, we will accept a return with full refund, provided it comes back to us within 3 business days, with the enclosed return form. We cannot offer a refund, however, for opened DVDs and CDs, but will be happy to offer an exchange. Click here, for full details on return options.
