How to Cancel an Order

You can cencel an order by two menthods:

Cancel through website OR Cancel by an email.

You can login to the website and see the My Orders section. In this section you can place your cancellation request. Please note that these are just requests and the decision to cancel lies solely with us. You can also do a partial cancellation or update your order from this section.

If you wish to email your cancellation order to us, take care not to miss out on any of the following - your name, your email id, order confirmation number, if available, details of the item ordered (including title, author, etc.).
