Oxford Bookstore, Mumbai hosted the launch of A Banarasi on Varanasi by Kunal Sinha on February 17, 2004. In a lively session, the author shared his experiences of writing the book, A Banarasi on Varanasi, a compilation of some beautiful stories illustrated with images of the historic city. Mr. Piyush Pandey, the National Creative Executive, O&M, was the special guest for the evening. He launched the book and read out a couple of excerpts from the book along with the author himself. In the ensuing interactive session, Kunal Sinha answered questions from a spirited audience who were the mesmerized with the charm of Varanasi and the author who delineated it.
